| Terms of Service |Please read my TOS carefully. When purchasing a commission, you agree to the terms below:

I DO accept drawing:
∙ Humans, humanoids, monsters
∙ Mild gore, mild nsfw / suggestiveI do NOT accept drawing:
∙ Furries, Anthros, large animals
∙ Extreme gore, actual nsfw
∙ Complex mecha/ armor------------------------------1. Payment & Refunds:∙ Payment via PayPal invoice / Kofi only, due in full after you see the sketch. I only continue once payment is sent.∙ No refunds after you confirm the sketch and I start working on it. If I'm unable to complete your commission, only then is a refund given. I only start at your confirmation, thus: Payment not made 48 hours after sketch confirmation will result in a blacklist and your loss of rights to the sketch-- blacklist applies to payment chargebacks as well--; This means I can edit/ re-use it for personal art or other commission arts. This includes character designs and mascots I create.------------------------------2. Process & Updates:
∙ I give art stage updates: Sketch, clean lines + base colors, coloring update, and final update. More updates can be asked for within reason.∙ Changes during sketch phase is OK within reason! Only minor changes and color corrections are acceptable afterwards.------------------------------3. Character References & Details (what to provide):
∙ A reference of the character. Photos, palettes, other art references, are ok.
∙ Description of character/ personality/ specifics if you wish to add it!∙ Unless discussed, I do not build you a character, I draw pre-existing ones. I will charge more if you do not have a reference since it is more work.------------------------------4. Usage/ Copyright Rights:
∙ All work is protected by copyright law and is for personal use. Prices are set non-commercially. Credit when posting the art on other platforms is always nice. ><------------------------------5. Disclaimer:

I can decline commissions that are too complicated.I can post the artwork/ speedpaint I make to my commission pages and social medias (watermarked) unless the art piece is commercial.
